What is Coaching?

Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. Coaches honor the client as the expert in their life and work and believe every client is creative, resourceful and whole.

How Do we Meet FOr Coaching Sessions?

Our discovery call will be by phone, after that it is up to you whether you prefer phone or zoom. I offer both options. Those in the DFW area, I am open to in person as well.

I want to work with you, But can not afford it. are there other options?

What is the difference BETWEEN Coaching and Therapy?

Therapy it a powerful tool and recommended for clients who are interested in looking back and getting clear on how their patterns got started. It is also a great place to address past of current trauma and other mental health challenges.

Coaching is a partnership of equals. The job of the coach is to listen deeply, ask powerful questions and help the client unearth their own truths. We then will make an actionable plan to move forward with them, complete with accountability.
